We're seeking an Italian and English Customer Service Expert to join our team, providing exceptional support to our subscribers through email and messaging systems. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive relationship with our users.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality email support and messaging system assistance to arenaflex subscribers in Italian and English
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate complex information in a simple and understandable way, ensuring customers feel supported and valued
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with a "can-do" approach to problem-solving
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Excellent written skills in Italian (C1) and good verbal and written skills in English (B2 or above)
- Work Permit: Valid work permit to work in the EU
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and understandable way
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with a "can-do" attitude
