Responsibilities
As a Dental Lab Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Speak with dental practices directly via phone, email, and chat to understand their key concerns and provide empathetic solutions.
* Problem-Solving with Precision: Collaborate with your team to problem-solve clients' clinical case issues, and concisely relay solutions to clients.
* Case Management: Manage clients' cases and facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Reference Materials: Quickly access reference materials to analyze and determine appropriate responses to phone and email inquiries.
* Documentation: Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks in the billing and administrative departments to develop a holistic view of the business.
* Technology Training: Learn in-depth how to operate the technology that's changing dentistry and apply this knowledge to provide solutions to clients' problems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum Two Years Experience as a Dental Assistant: Preferably with experience as a Lead Assistant or EDDA.
* Strong Customer Service Attitude: Demonstrated empathy and a customer-centric approach.
* Attention to Detail: Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work on multiple customer service cases simultaneously.
* Communication Skills: Ability to understand clients' key concerns, ask follow-up questions, and record and relay detailed information internally and externally.
* Multitasking: Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and perform in a fast-moving work environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
* Home Office Environment: A secure, distraction-free home office environment with reliable internet connectivity.
