The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. You'll collaborate with a global team of Support Professionals, reporting to the EMEA team leader, and work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your exceptional written communication skills, tech-savvy nature, and genuine interest in exploring new systems will enable you to effectively communicate the value of arenaflex's products and help our clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer requests over email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing, demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals.
- Collaborate with the global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate the value of arenaflex's products effectively in direct interactions with customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our innovative platform.
- Troubleshoot common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
- Automate tasks using tools like Zapier or write browser scripts in JavaScript to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations, ensuring a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues, with a strong understanding of various operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
