Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in South Lyon or Plymouth, Michigan. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, offer valuable products and services, and maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions.

  • Listen and understand customer concerns, offering meaningful solutions and proactive recommendations.
  • Proactively offer valuable products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Actively engage with customers and fellow team members with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating a strong team spirit and willingness to learn and help others.
  • Operate in a fluid environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and expectations.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of exceptional, client-facing customer service experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

  • Already obtained their Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong internal motivation to perform at a high level, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Great team attitude, with a willingness to learn, help others, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Preferred Qualifications

* Recent call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in using computers, with experience in data entry, complex computer navigation, and other relevant software applications.
  • A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to navigate an ever-changing environment and adapt to new challenges and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. Our compensation and benefits include:

  • Salary: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Annual bonus program, paid out in March and December.
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with arenaflex paying 60% of the benefits.
  • 401(k) savings plan, with a company match up to 3%.
