Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through informative, empathetic, and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals through proactive and effective communication
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling products and services to customers as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers through various communication channels
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
