Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through informative, empathetic, and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals through proactive and effective communication
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling products and services to customers as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers through various communication channels
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
