The Role
As a Junior Dental Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex that dental professionals know and trust. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with dental professionals to resolve issues, provide product assistance, and conduct surgical case planning
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Conducting product training with new customers, empowering them to get the most out of our software and solutions
- Building strong, professional relationships with dental professionals, fostering trust and loyalty
- Providing clinical feedback from dental professionals to our production team, informing product development and improvement
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
What You'll Do
* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
- Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
- Provide product assistance via phone and email
- Conduct product training with new customers
- Follow up with surgical case progress
- Build a professional working relationship with doctors
- Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
- Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
- Successfully pass validation training
- Handle complaints and resolve kickbacks
- Receive 3rd party data
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements
* Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications
- Ability to learn clinical dental terms and medical concepts
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills
- High accountability and responsibility
Qualities We Look For
* Experience in the medical or dental industry
- Experience in radiology
- Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone
- Flexibility and the ability to multitask
Minimum Education And Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
- 0-1+ year of full-time work experience
