Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to maintain and update our comprehensive database of patient assistance programs, medications, and medical diagnoses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical terminology, healthcare programs, and data management, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain database entries for patient assistance programs (PAPs), ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform

• Input and verify medication information, including dosage forms and NDC codes, to ensure seamless data management
• Manage and update ICD-10 diagnosis codes and descriptions, staying up-to-date with the latest coding standards
• Research and document eligibility criteria for various assistance programs, providing valuable insights to our team
• Verify and update program requirements and documentation needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor changes in pharmaceutical assistance programs, staying informed about industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of program updates and changes, providing a clear audit trail
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to data management, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
• Ensure data quality and consistency across the platform, upholding arenaflex's commitment to excellence

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare-related data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical assistance programs, including patient assistance programs (PAPs) and medication assistance programs (MAPs)
• Experience with database management and data entry tools, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
• Strong organizational abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with patient assistance programs, including PAPs and MAPs

• Knowledge of ICD-10 codes and CPT codes, with a strong understanding of coding standards and regulations
• Background in pharmacy, medical billing, or healthcare administration, with a strong foundation in healthcare operations
• Experience with healthcare software systems, including EHRs and PMS
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements, with a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes

Key Skills:

* Fast and accurate typing, with a minimum of 60 words per minute

• Strong organizational abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and research capabilities, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and identify trends
