Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and accurate support to our clients through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage
- Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless access to information and services

- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
