Experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent – Insurance Policy Expertise & Sales Support

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, analyzing complex documents, and supporting our Sales Executives in closing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with clients to resolve their concerns and service their requests, including payments, endorsements, Evidence of Coverage, and more
  • Analyzing, drafting, and monitoring complex documents such as renewals, claims, applications, and statistical data to support ongoing business
  • Preparing and processing documents such as policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, binders, contracts, and more for assigned Sales Executives
  • Designing and preparing marketing/quoting information and presentation materials to support coverage requests with Sales Executives
  • Collaborating with Sales Executives to close new sales opportunities and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least five years' experience in Commercial Lines insurance preferred
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of customer focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with insurance software and systems, such as policy management and claims processing
  • A strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services
