Job Description

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients through live online chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote arenaflex's products and services in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
  • Promote interest in arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Consistently meet established standards of performance, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting arenaflex's brand values.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
