Job Summary
As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and responding to their inquiries via various communication channels. You'll provide exceptional support, guidance, and education to pet parents, helping them navigate our insurance and non-insurance products and ensuring they have the best possible experience with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
- Educate pet parents on our insurance and non-insurance products, helping them understand how to protect their furry companions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and best practices to ensure expert-level knowledge
- Utilize productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Leverage ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.) to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Active Property & Casualty Producer license required
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
- Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
- Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
- Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
- In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.)
- Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office and G-Suite, with experience using ticketing software a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the pet care industry or a related field
- Familiarity with pet insurance and wellness products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a start-up environment
