Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for consulting with individuals who have signed up for our benefits programs. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, explain the available options, and help them select the best plan to suit their family's requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule virtual meetings to discuss their needs and preferences.

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to meet their evolving needs.
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, addressing any claims or adjustments as necessary, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a virtual or remote environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
