Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution for their family's well-being
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other technology tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance plans
- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
