Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and live chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving their issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members or specialized departments
  • Guiding customers through online processes, such as website navigation, product information, and payment procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service to provide informed and effective support

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a higher education degree or specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in computer use, including basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with customer support software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with online customer support platforms and tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in online support or customer service

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin
