Contract Details

Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
- Working from a set list of priority orders and contacting clients to update them on the status of their order
- Utilizing internal systems to track and notate your work and communicate with clients effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
