As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their future.

Comprehensive Training and Development

We're committed to investing in our employees' success, and our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role. Our six-month training program includes:

  • Fully paid training materials and class discussions
  • Hands-on training and e-learning modules
  • Instructor-led guidance and support
  • Opportunities to work independently and develop a proactive support style

Flexible Work Arrangements

After completing our in-office development program, you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days a week. We also offer a shift differential of 15% for hours worked after 6:00pm EST and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday.

Licensing and Certification

As part of our licensing training program, you'll be required to obtain a property and casualty license for your state of residency by your third week of employment. We provide all study materials and pay for up to three licensing exam attempts.

Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our members across multiple contact channels
  • Facilitating the Property & Casualty member experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members
  • Applying developing knowledge of personal lines' insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions
  • Maintaining respective trailing documents for all states
  • Identifying, evaluating, and understanding member needs to consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services
  • Efficiently operating in a contact center environment and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Military veterans or spouses highly encouraged to apply

  • Property and casualty insurance experience or certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
