Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their staffing requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates. You will be the single point of contact for our clients, building long-term partnerships and providing solutions to their challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing market share, qualifying new job orders, and presenting candidates to Hiring Managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the single point of contact for our Fortune 500 clients, building long-term partnerships and understanding their challenges and needs.
- Maximize market share with a client, making arenaflex their trusted staffing supplier.
- Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery lead for better coverage and support.
- Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback.
- Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.
- Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities and track progress.
- Conduct client visits to build rapport and obtain critical information, including job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.
Essential Qualifications
* 10+ years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry, with 7+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably with Life Sciences MSP clients.
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP-based accounts.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, and account management, supporting client/MSP programs from a supplier side.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model.
- Strong reputation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Ability to travel across the country, especially locally, and support clients from their offices.
- Availability to work outside regular office hours, if needed.
