Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling routine customer care interactions and telephone answering service calls with exceptional telephone etiquette, listening skills, and empathy
  • Providing multilingual support to clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, chat, video, and other methods
  • Managing multiple client interactions, being cross-trained on different clients, or assigned a dedicated client
  • Handling data collection, order processing, appointment setting, information relaying, and electronically connecting clients and their callers
  • Working from home agents must comply with the Work from Home Policy
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Experience Agent, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish (bilingual representatives are highly valued)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
