Responsibilities
As a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Service ticket resolution rate: 95% or higher
- Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
