Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized data entry clerk to join our team at our Elk Grove Village headquarters. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from various sources, answering phones, tracking shipments, and organizing paperwork. Responsibilities

As a data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Entering data from various sources, including paper, images, phone, and email
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules
• Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Transportation industry experience preferred, but not required
