Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient information, prescriptions, and other critical data. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. This is a remote work opportunity that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process patient information, prescriptions, and other critical data

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and prescriptions
• Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Processing prescriptions and patient information + Updating patient records and profiles + Managing inventory and stock levels + Performing quality control checks on data entry tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy, healthcare administration, or business administration

• Current licensure as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in the states within the region
• Experience performing data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Processing prescriptions and patient information + Updating patient records and profiles + Managing inventory and stock levels

• Strong technical skills, including but not limited to:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications + Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a retail setting

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
• Experience with quality control checks and audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
