Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $35.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle phone, web, and written correspondence inquiries and issues from clients, suppliers, and other divisions

• Respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Guide clients through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as provide information on available resources and administrative rules
• Build a trusting and caring relationship with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide clients with relevant information to answer unasked questions, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
• Explain clients' freedoms and limitations as per contract
• Maintain accurate records and track contacts with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and show compassion in a customer-facing role
• Experience in a production environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
