Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist in Lakeland, FL. As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. You'll work closely with our policyholders to provide them with the support and attention to detail they need to get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details

• Collect statements from involved parties
• Provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking policyholders
• Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the claims process
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex claims issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

• In-office role requires commuting to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Perks

As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you'll receive a competitive salary of $20.84 per hour, plus a 10% bilingual differential. You'll also be eligible for a $1,000 completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation, and a 10% evening differential for applicable shifts. If you have an active Adjusters insurance license, you'll be eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
