Position Overview:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, and troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively. You will also have the opportunity to provide information about products and services, upsell and cross-sell additional products, and maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
