Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing phenomenal support to our clients in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Communicating with card members to understand their needs and design innovative solutions to meet their requirements
- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
- Addressing general and record-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating client account data as needed
- Using tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate client needs, in line with our commitment to stay in touch
- Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including but not limited to, client satisfaction results, sales rates, quality objectives, consistency guidelines, and efficiency targets
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment (two years+), with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Integrity in managing sensitive card member data and complying with all Administrative and Consistency rules related to adjusting and sales practices
- Energy for consultative sales, recommending products or services tailored to each client's needs
- Flexibility to efficiently manage a constant flow of client calls, while adjusting performance to meet various metrics, effectively manage through change, and remain positive in challenging situations
- Ability to adapt communication style to a wide range of characters and circumstances
- Commitment to executing feedback as a means to achieve individual and team performance objectives
- Technical ability to perform multitasking and navigate through PC systems and applications with speed and precision
- Practicality and reliability, as it is essential that you are working on time and adhering to your schedule every day
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- Four-year degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.65 hourly + bonus + benefits
- The above addresses the average time-based compensation range for this occupation demand. Ultimately, in determining your compensation, we'll consider your location, experience, and other occupation-related factors.
- Business qualification to work with arenaflex in the U.S. is required as the company will not sponsor visas for these positions.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company is a plus
