Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient customer systems that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, application owners, and other engineers to ensure that our systems are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient customer systems using Java and Java-based technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Work with business stakeholders and application owners to ensure that our systems meet their requirements and expectations
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and secure
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our code meets the highest standards of quality and excellence
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply that knowledge to improve our systems and processes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on customer systems
- Strong knowledge of Java and Java-based technologies, including Spring and REST
- Experience with database design and data access technologies
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on customer systems
