Job Description Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining Positive Patient Relations: Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, utilizing it to provide accurate and efficient service.
  • Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all patient interactions, including telephone inquiries and problem resolutions.
  • Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
  • Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.
  • Financial Agreements: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Speak, Listen, and Type Simultaneously: You'll need to be able to multitask, speaking, listening, and typing simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Windows Environment: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is required.
