What You'll Do

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

• Providing customer support regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Addressing customer queries concerning baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs
• Assisting with emergency response communications if necessary
