This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing, resolving, and correcting discrepancies in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and monitoring records. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Resolve discrepancies and errors in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions to resolve problems
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports
• Reconcile eligibility between systems
• Monitor records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Required Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
