About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team, responsible for the estimation of supporter adjusts across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our audience and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients get discounts when required).

• Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise supporters of supporters for informing as well as remediation.
• Convey business requirements to technical teams, and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information.
• Manage project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
• In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

• Postgraduate education
• Knowledge of Wind current
