Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives
- Adapt quickly to changes and modifications in procedures and policies

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field
