Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer profile updates
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding of our services
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, complaints, and feedback
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
