Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging customers and providing assistance with products and services to ensure a tremendous customer experience
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested
• Recommending products for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion products
• Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised condition, taking inventory and continuing facts
• Testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader
• Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss
• Guaranteeing compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special systems, and sale merchandise
• Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets)
• Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise
• Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store conditions and appearance
• Complying with all agency policies and approaches; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
• Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned

Primary Qualifications

To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will need to:

• Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates who have:

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior experience with arenaflex
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
