Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service or call center experience - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on live chat and phone interactions - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on resolving issues and meeting performance goals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a REMOTE WFH environment, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and discipline - Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Certification in customer service or a related field, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development
