Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing timely resolutions. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexible work hours within standard business time zones.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat conversations with customers to address product inquiries, order status, returns, and other customer service concerns in real-time

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solutions to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong typing skills and the ability to multi-task to efficiently manage live chat conversations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
