The Role

You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to resolve issues
- Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
- Utilize chat platforms like Facebook Messenger to engage with customers and provide exceptional support
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries
Requirements:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills (full training is provided for those who need it)
