Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate of up to $20.40 per hour. We also offer a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
Our flexible scheduling opportunities allow you to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. Schedule available hours are between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Skills Needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Comparable Accounting Software: You'll need to have experience using accounting software, including QuickBooks Online or comparable solutions.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise: You'll need to have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks.
- Customer Service Experience: You'll need to have experience providing high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- Comfort with Cross-Selling: You'll need to be comfortable cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong Ownership: You'll need to be able to take ownership of customer issues and provide confident resolution.
- Tech Savvy: You'll need to be tech-savvy and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Friendly Tone and Professional Demeanor: You'll need to be able to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure that you're able to perform your duties effectively, you'll need to have a quiet, uninterrupted space and an organized desk area.
Technology Requirements
You'll need to have the following technology requirements to perform your duties:
- Personal Computer: You'll need to have a personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Broadband Internet Connection: You'll need to have a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
- Wired Internet Connection: You'll need to have a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Valid Antivirus Software: You'll need to have valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
- Wired USB Headset: You'll need to have a wired USB headset with microphone.
- Mac Users: Mac users will need to have an Intel-based machine with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
Important Information
To be eligible for this role, you must live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington. You'll also need to successfully pass a criminal background check. As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.

This is a contract role with a pay rate of $15.30 - $20.40 per hour.
