Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Analyst – Workday Data Migrations to join our team in Dallas, USA. As a key member of our Individuals and Money Working day Group, you will be responsible for applying your analytical and technical skills to drive data migrations and process improvements. You will work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionalities of our systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Technology Analyst – Workday Data Migrations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Applying your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive data migrations and process improvements
• Collaborating with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise
• Staying up-to-date with current developments within your skillset
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Estimating effort and value for solutions
• Applying business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
• Verifying data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
• Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a focus on moving forward
• Expressing thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
• Screening program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and enhancement
• Performing other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
• Strong knowledge of technical conditions
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with different Groups and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into reasonable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
• Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of fulfillment in all responsible work; willing to coach others to do the same
• Ability to educate and tutor others about technical and business subjects
