Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Corporate office in Chesapeake, VA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of arenaflex, engaging with customers both in-person and through phone and email interactions. You will process orders with precision and care, actively listen to customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline administrative tasks and improve service delivery
  • Handle cashier transactions and clerical duties efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and documentation to support our high standards of service
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met
  • Keep customers informed about prices, scheduled work dates, and any updates
  • Follow up on orders to guarantee timely completion and satisfaction
  • Prepare receipts and shipping documents with attention to detail

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience with the public in a fast-paced environment is a plus; cashier experience is also valued
  • Self-starter with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as manuals and instructions; skilled at writing routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Independent worker who exercises sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Team player who takes direction well from management and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:

* (Desired) HVAC industry-specific experience
