Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and directly assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
- Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
- Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support during sometimes difficult or tense situations
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed information to callers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
- The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult or tense situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
Technical Requirements
To work from home, you must have:
- Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- A secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work
- A reliable computer and necessary software to perform job duties
