Job Overview

As a Live Chat / Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Your primary objectives will include:

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or online support environment
