Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing guidance on medication coverage, prescription medication, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll help our clients better understand their coverage and options, ultimately improving their healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on medication coverage, prescription medication, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer solutions and alternatives to help clients navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions with clients

Preparation and Training

Schedule and Availability
We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Days off and hours may vary, and start times will be adjusted to accommodate business needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military experience)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
