Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support representative to join our team. As a live chat and phone support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving their issues via live chat, phone, and email
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues related to products, services, and shipping
  • Flagging major pain points and concerns to our liaison team for further action and improvement
  • Participating in on-the-job training and cross-training on other channels to improve skills and knowledge
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A love for customers and their experience with our products and services
  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
