Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with bookings, including scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling services
  • Helping service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with the remote team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
