Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers: You'll engage with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to ensure timely package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs: You'll listen attentively to customer concerns and prioritize their needs to provide the best possible solution.

- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations: You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues and set realistic expectations for delivery times and outcomes.
- Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues: You'll carefully listen to customer concerns and respond with clarity and accuracy to resolve their issues.
- Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses: You'll craft well-written responses to customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is professional and effective.
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment: You'll use your critical thinking skills to approach problems logically and make informed decisions that benefit the customer.
- Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer: You'll work efficiently to resolve customer issues, making decisions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule: You'll be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School or equivalent diploma: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service: You'll have prior experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency: You'll be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet customer needs.
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook: You'll be familiar with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to navigate and use these tools efficiently.
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools: You'll have experience with various web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
