Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranty, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving warranty-related issues
- Educate customers about their warranty, providing clear and concise information to ensure they understand their coverage
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
