Job Summary
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between our operations team and customers. You'll work closely with our pilots, maintenance team, and customers to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as a critical command and control center and primary liaison between pilots and customers.
- Input, track, and analyze data related to reports received from pilots and customer interactions.
- Directly communicate with customers to leave a lasting positive impression for arenaflex.
- Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.
- Solidify hard data from vague clues, providing actionable insights for our operations team.
- Assist with generating the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using arenaflex proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth.
- Coordinate with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.
- Communicate performance expectations to pilots prior to mission execution.
- Assist with general projects related to the overall business as a critical member of our small management team.
- Coordinate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.
Requirements
* Customer service orientation with a passion for operations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, pilots, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth.
- Full weekend availability, with a 5-day work week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solidify hard data from vague clues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with Garmin products and Google Earth.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working in a small management team environment.
