Work Schedule and Availability
As a remote Customer Care Professional, you'll work a 40-hour week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off. Shifts can vary to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.
Training and Development
When you join our team, you'll undergo comprehensive training that combines virtual classroom and on-the-job training. Our training program typically lasts 6 weeks, but duration can vary depending on your needs and progress. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm EST, with a lunch break.
