Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders
- Working from a set list of priority orders and contacting clients to update them on the status of their order
- Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work and updates
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and updates
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
