Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. You'll be responsible for managing the Business Development Center (BDC), coordinating service appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Warmly and professionally welcome customers visiting our office, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Business Development Center (BDC): Manage the BDC, addressing customer queries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate service appointments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Cashier Duties: Efficiently process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records as part of cashier duties related to sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
  • Customer Records: Maintain meticulous and updated customer records, contributing to a well-organized customer management system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scan service repair orders daily, create FedEx labels, and maintain a log of sent contracts.
  • Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized and appealing, ensuring promotional materials and brochures are up to date.
  • Security: Organize and secure vehicles' second keys in a designated area.
  • Financial Management: Balance the cash register daily and replenish change as needed.

Essential Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry setting.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications

* Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry, including dealership operations and customer service practices.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in our market.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Customer Service Certification or a Dealership Operations Certification.
